    Looking for a quick and healthy dinner? Well then, this is your recipe! All you need to do is blend all of your ingredients together and pour over your favorite pasta with green beans and enjoy! This avocado basil spinach creamy pasta will transform your weeknight meals with a fresh new pasta recipe!

    Sneaking in Veggies

    This recipe is a testament to the fact that eating your veggies doesn't have to be a chore. By blending avocado, spinach, and basil into a beautifully creamy sauce, you're getting all the nutritional benefits without the texture of vegetables. (Though even more veggies are added in with the addition of crunchy green beans.)

    This sauce is rich in healthy fats from the avocado, plant based protein from the hemp seeds (as well as omega-3s), iron from the spinach, and vitamin K from the basil.

    What makes this pasta so dreamy and creamy is the final toppings. You're going to want to freshly grind black pepper, sprinkle with sea salt, and add red pepper flakes. All of this deepens the flavors and freshness in the sauce while adding a kick!

    This Avocado Basil Spinach Creamy Pasta comes together in under 30-minutes and is packed with nutrient dense greens.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 avocado
    • 1 cup basil
    • 1 cup spinach
    • ¼ cup hemp seeds
    • 2 tablespoon miso paste
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ⅓-1/2 cup pasta water
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1 lemon juiced
    • red pepper flakes to top
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • Pasta for 3 servings
    • Green beans for 3 servings

    Instructions
     

    • Start boiling water for your pasta then cook your pasta for the recommended time!
    • Cut your green beans and cook!
    • Blend all sauce ingredients (except red pepper flakes) in a blender until smooth then add to your cooked pasta and green beans. Mix until combined then top with red pepper flakes and extra salt if needed
    • Enjoy!
