    You're going to be going BANANAS, B-A-N-A-N-A-S for this recipe!! It's a 2 ingredient (well 3 if you want to add a splash of vanilla) super easy vegan dessert. I easily eat this Banana Nice Cream on the weekly. When I went more plant-based, I was looking for an ice cream substitute that still was creamy (not like many sorbets), and didn't feel super sugary. Enter- Nice Cream!

    This delightful treat is not just your ordinary ice cream alternative; it's a heavenly creation that combines simplicity, flavor, and a dash of creativity. Picture this: a luscious base of creamy nice cream, made even more irresistible with a hint of fragrant vanilla.

    Toppings: The World of Customization

    And here's the fun part – toppings! We're talking about a symphony of textures and flavors that take your nice cream to a whole new level.

    For me, it's all about the classic combination of chopped salted peanuts, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of chopped chocolate chips. I like chopping my chocolate chips to get both those shavings and delightful chunky bits. The beauty of nice cream is that you can unleash your culinary imagination and create your dreamy toppingscape!

    Simplicity

    Now, let's talk about simplicity. You see, nice cream is all about keeping things easy and accessible. If you're out of almond milk, don't worry about it; a simple swap with water works like a charm and still delivers a fantastic taste. Just add a bit more vanilla and toppings for more flavor.

    Nice Cream

    Creamy bananas, vanilla-infused, and topped with a medley of salted peanuts, chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries. It's a delightful dessert adventure you can create in minutes!

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 2-4 tablespoon almond milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla optional
    • Optional toppings peanuts, chocolate chips, strawberries

    Instructions
     

    • Put the sliced frozen banana and almond milk in the food processor (can also blend in a blender). Add vanilla if desired. Process until incorporated (this can work in a blender too but is a bit tricker to scoop it all out)
    • Chop peanuts, strawberries, and chocolate chips and top nice cream
