    Hey there, snack lovers! Ready to take a crunchy, juicy, and fun twist on your snack time? Let's chat about apples – nature's own sweet treat that's always been a go-to snack. But wait, I'm not just talking about any ordinary apple snack (though don't get me wrong I love my apple slices with peanut butter), I'm talking about the delicious world of Apple Nachos!

    Apples are amazing, aren't they? Not only are they deliciously crisp (I'm looking at you, Pink Ladies and Honey Crisps – my personal faves for their perfect crunch!), but they're also packed with nutrients that make them a healthy snacking option. From fiber to antioxidants, apples are a powerhouse of goodness. And let me remind you of the good ole saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" – there's definitely some truth to that!

    But here's where it gets even more exciting – Apple Nachos are totally customizable! Whether you're a nut butter fanatic, a chocoholic, or a berry lover, you can sprinkle, drizzle, and layer to your heart's content. And the pièce de résistance? A generous dollop of coconut yogurt on top. It adds that creamy dreaminess that takes these nachos from yum to OMG yum!     Get ready for a snacking revolution with these quick, healthy, and utterly delicious Vegan Apple Nachos – a customizable treat topped with a heavenly dollop of coconut yogurt.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 apple of choice I love pink ladies because they’re so crisp!
    • 2 tablespoon or a large dollop non-dairy yogurt of choice
    • 1-2 tablespoon almond butter
    • a large sprinkle of chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoon granola I make my own with a mixture of nuts, dried fruit, oats, and cinnamon

    Instructions
     

    • Slice up your apple. Place a dollop of yogurt in the middle and sprinkle all other toppings. Enjoy!
